Before Euro Designer, our quotation process was highly manual. A customised outdoor kitchen quote could require around one hour of staff time, and customers could wait up to five days for a completed design and price. A quotation process that once took around an hour of manual input and could take up to five days to return to the customer can now be completed in seconds, in real time. Customers can see and modify their kitchen in 3D while immediately understanding the pricing impact of their choices.

This has improved both operational efficiency and the quality of the sales process. Our quotation-to-order ratio improved from approximately 11:1 to 5:1, as customers now have a much clearer understanding of the product and expected outcome before progressing.

The platform has also supported significant business growth. Our outdoor kitchen volume increased from approximately 500 kitchens per year to around 3,000 kitchens per year, without requiring a corresponding increase in manual quotation resources. The system has proven capable of handling multiple users, varied customer configurations and increasing transaction volumes.
